Currently listening to Kygo - Stay

Last month i joined Sarange make up workshop and in the end tempted to one of their product : Yeonin Sweetheart Pearl Powder and Creamy Concealer.

Silver packaging with korean language

I love the idea of mirror with concealer.

Concealer swatched on my hand

Blended Concealer comparison

Swatch of powder, unfortunately i can't capture the pretty soft glitters.

PRO :
  • I love the idea to put little mirror and concealer together.
  • Concealer texture is buttery, light, and easy to blend. medium Coverage.
  • The powder is related to the name -- pearl powder, it has pretty soft glitters. If you like dewy skin, this powder is perfect for you
  • The powder puff, apart of the cute appearance, it helps to spread the glittery powder evenly, little by little. If you want some glitters in your body, you can use this puff quick and easy.

CONS :
  • EXPENSIVE
I bought this around IDR 170 something, in discount. If not discount, it will be around 200 something. In case you are wondering, i bought it in their original store in Indonesia. So price might be vary if you buy from Korea directly or through online shop
  • AVAILABLE IN 1 SHADE ONLY
Indonesian citizen skin tone is varied, and mostly medium to olive. It is only available in Natural Light Beige & Natural Fair Warm Beige (I don't know which tone is belong to the concealer, nor the powder). This product is great for those with fair skin tone though.
  • The packaging is silver steel which is sleek, but my finger prints is easily marked there. If you are a clean freak person, it might disturb you a little.
TIPS
  • I don't know if my skin was super dry when i applied this concealer, but i suggest to prep your skin first with moisturizer and base before putting it or it might a bit cracky and show the lines more. Or else, use powder with baking technique to set it.
  • The normal use of the powder is just by dabbing the puff directly to skin because the powder below is automatically tugged in to the puff. But since the powder container can be opened, i tried to dab the puff to the powder directly. Turns out if you done so, you can not control the amount of powder and it will not spreads evenly. So, just do it normally :)
Repurchase? Nope.
I still do not know when will I use this glittery powder since now i interested in matte finish and i still want to try another concealer.

Bye!
